The Coalition is a registered 501c3 non-profit operating in NY State. The Coalition does not manage nor does it operate any Joseph P Dwyer Peer Support Project. The Coalition mission brings together Dwyer Programs from across NY and connect community stakeholders to resources that help and support our military, Veterans, and their families.
